Really like the queso here. Always heard bad things about this place but so far no problems here!

Not sure why there are so many bad reviews, as we had a great time for dinner last night. It's definitely not a 5 star place and there are a few things (not mission critical) to improve, but overall a decent Mexican option for the area.
We actually wanted to go to Tapatio originally, but they don't have a bar nor liquor license. Tough to find good Mexican in Vero.
We had two orders of fajitas - steak and shrimp. I got the Steak Ranchero (steak with tomatoes and onions) which also came with rice and beans. It
Was pretty good overall. If I could do it again, I wouldn't have ordered the dip sampler. The queso is good, but meals come with beans and guacamole for the most part so it's overkill.
The service was friendly and hard working. The ladies all band together to make it happen.
They don't have a full bar so only beer or cocktails like margaritas made with wine.
Dine in if you're in the area.
* Also you can't fault these folks for messed up online orders from third party technology companies. Blame the app not the restaurant. They don't have control over the money distribution. -

Really good queso. Thick, had peppers, but not too hot. I had the Tacos de Asada. The plate was huge and plentiful. Not the best asada I've ever had, but still pretty good.
My lunch date had the beef enchiladas. Another huge plate of food. The enchiladas were good, and had a sort of sweet taste to them that was different. -

I mean this is Florida. What do you expect? The food tastes like dog chow and I've counted 3 people total working here. The service was garbage. Had to beg To get our orders at least 4-5 times each. $12 ACP that was trash. My buddy liked his nachos though. I'd rather eat a cold Moes or Taco Bell quesadilla than pay for this Cuban-mexican disaster. RIP. Maybe I'll try the Updated Ay Jalisco 2 up the road next. Never coming back here though.

We ordered via Bite Squad and the order was cancelled because they were to busy to make the orders. However my daughter was charged $80 and could not get refund for 2-3 days. When she called Ay Jalisco to confirm that was the case and tell the restaurant how now she would have to wait for her money, they said nothing they could do and hung up on her. I called back to speak to a manager and was told they didn't have one. Really??? Never again will we go to them or use Bite Squad.
